This is a funding generously supported by CP Patrick Poon from Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Rotaractors in Rotary International District 3450 who are non-post-graduate full-time tertiary students in school year 2019-2020 or 2020-2021.
1.2. Basic screening is required.
2. Offer
2.1 Discounted registration fee for Full Programme (with accommodation): HKD 800 (+HKD 200 deposit, to be reimbursed upon full attendance at the event.)
3. Details
3.1. Each participant is subsidized such that each pays HKD 1000 during registration (offline payment), with HKD 200 to be reimbursed upon full attendance at the event.
3.2. Please beware that you will be subsidized less from this fund, in case you have any other sponsorship successfully received, such that you will have to pay exactly HKD 800 by yourself at the end after all calculations. In case you have successfully received other subsidies which amount to a sum such that you will only pay HKD 800 or even less, you will not be granted any amount of subsidy from this fund. 4. Remarks
4.1. Successful application results will be communicated by email. Payment should be made in full during registration and reimbursement will be made during Interota 2020 Hong Kong onsite (exact arrangements to be announced).
4.2. The subsidy received under CP Patrick Poon Fund is not transferable. If you would like to transfer your registration, the proposed transferee needs to pay an addition fee of HKD4488 (the difference between HKD5488 and HKD1000) to complete the transfer.
4.3. Quotas are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Preparation for screening
As the funding will be a joint application with Interota 2020 Hong Kong, you are suggested to prepare the questions (min. 50 words either in English or Chinese each) below before registration.
5.1. Please write what you expect to gain from joining Interota 2020 Hong Kong.
5.2. Please write about one of the social issues that you find critical, either locally or globally, and suggest one or some little step(s) which could give an effort to fight the issue

2.1 Free registration* (reimbursement) for the 4th person in a group of 4 registering Full Programme (with/without accommodation).
2.2.Assign a representative of the group to field the information of the group during registration in relevant session is needed.
3. Offer 2
3.1. HKD 500 rebate (reimbursement) for registration of every 3 Session Passes (excluding accommodation at hotel).
3.2. If the 4 registrants in the group have registered for programme of different prices, the reimbursement amount shall be the lowest one among the registration fees paid by the group.

4.3. The subsidy received under District 3450 100 Fund is transferrable only to registrants who are eligible under the scheme. The transfer of the subsidy has to be bundled with the registration transfer. Therefore, if you would like to arrange a registration transfer, you may only transfer your registration to a transferee who fulfills the criteria of District 3450 100 Fund.
