General Questions
Interota 2020 Hong Kong will take place from 27 June 2020 (Saturday) to 1 July 2020 (Wednesday). The convention will be held at Regal Airport Hong Kong. For transportation to hotel, please visit here.
The official language of Interota 2020 Hong Kong is English. But we also welcome speakers of multi-languages to foster international cultural exchange.
Yes, Key Programme package is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for specific sessions and events included in the package. Badges will also be actively checked to ensure that participants have registered properly.
Under any circumstances, there will be no refund for a completed registration. You may transfer your registration by submitting your request to the Organizer on or before 31 May 2020. Further details are included in Registration - Transfer.
If a letter of invitation is required for your visa application, you may state your need during the registration process. You will receive a letter of invitation by email after our administrative procedure. You may also look for more information on Hong Kong's visa requirements by here.
You may send an email to our Registration Team at reg@interota2020.org, indicating your name, district and UID (which will be given for confirmed registration) and detailing your request. You will receive a letter of invitation by email after our administrative procedure.

Registration - Eligibility for Registration
- Rotaractor
Refers to a person who is an active member of a Rotaract club and who is between 18 and 30 years old (inclusive) as of 27 June 2020, which is day 1 of Interota 2020 Hong Kong, i.e. who was born between 28 June 1989 and 27 June 2002 (inclusive).
- Rotarian
Refers to a person who is an active member of a Rotary club.
- Interactor
Refers to a person who is an active member of an Interact club.
- Rotary Alumnus
A person who is a past participant of any Rotary youth programme, including but not limited to Interact, Rotaract, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) and Rotary Youth Exchange.
- Other youth (aged 12-29)
According to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the age of majority is 18 years old. Registrants who were born on or after 28 June 2002 are considered minors and are required to complete the “Parent / Guardian Consent Form” for registration.

Registration - Registration Flow
Registration can be done through via here.
Batches of registration will be opened upon announcement on the official website.
Registration for a particular batch or category will be closed when the specified quota (if applicable) of the batch or category is fully filled, or at the end of the specified registration period of the batch or category, whichever is earlier.
The next batch (if applicable) in order of registration period will not be opened earlier than the specified registration period. Any unfilled quota (if applicable) of a particular batch or category will not be carried forward to the next batch in order of the registration period.
Registration is considered COMPLETED only when the registrant has received the ‘Registration Confirmation Notice’ by email from the Organizer upon successful registration and payment.
No. You can only enrol upon settling the payment.
If full payment is not received by the Organizer due to any reasons, such as deduction for charges, the Organizer will inform the registrant to pay the outstanding amount within 15 calendar days in order to complete the registration process. If payment is not duly made within the specified date, the registration will be considered as incomplete and any amount paid already will be forfeited to the Organizer.

Registration - Payment Methods
‘PayPal’ is the official and designated payment system for Interota 2020 Hong Kong. Any other payment methods will not be accepted.

Registration - Refund
There will be no refund for a completed registration under any circumstances.

Registration - Transfer
- Registration in any other batch and category other than that is transferable, excepts “Early bird” registrations for 'Full Programme - Rotaractor' category is non-refundable. The transferor and proposed transferee must have the same gender and must be in the same registration category (such as transferring a ‘Full Programme’ registration from a Rotaractor to another Rotaractor, or transferring a ‘Key Programme Only’ registration from a Rotarian to another Rotarian). Transfer for each registration, which carries a unique ID (UID), can be made once only.
- All registration transfer requests should be submitted to the Organizer on or before 31 May 2020. Late requests will not be considered.
1. Transferee shall complete his/her own registration for Interota 2020 Hong Kong and be granted a unique ID (UID).
2. Transferor must fill-in “Registration Transfer Request Form” online by using his/her own and transferee’s unique ID (UID).
3. Registration transfer requests will be processed within 15 calendar days.
4. Registration Transfer is considered COMPLETED only when the transferor and the transferee have received the ‘Transfer Confirmation Notice’ by email from the Organizer.
